About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Strategic Risk Management: Responsible for leading the identification, assessment, monitoring and reporting of the company's strategic risks, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and strategic planning. Will monitor strategic projects, assessing risks, impacts, dependencies and mitigation plans, and prepare indicators and executive materials to support senior management and governance forums in decision-making.
  • Sustainability Risk Management (ESG): Responsible for identifying, assessing and monitoring ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) risks, supporting the development of the company's sustainability risk management agenda together with the Sustainability area. Responsible for developing analyses, indicators and management reports, and promoting the integration of ESG risks into the corporate risk management framework.
  • Monitor identified fraud cases and support understanding with the responsible areas, identifying mitigation actions;
  • Support the process of identifying, mapping and assessing operational risks together with the business areas, preparing the company's operational risk matrix, with special focus on Cyber, Outsourcing, IT, Sustainability and Business Continuity risks;
  • Manage the company's Operational Loss Database (BDPO), supporting first-line areas in recording losses, addressing questions and explaining concepts;
  • Support the identification of emerging risks together with first-line area owners;
  • Promote and conduct awareness and training activities on the area's topics;
  • Prepare management and executive reports, including materials for risk committees, providing critical analysis of key indicators, risk exposures and mitigation actions.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering or related fields;
  • Knowledge of risk management frameworks and best practices (COSO ERM and ICIF, ISO 31000);
  • Advanced knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint and GRC tools;
  • Experience monitoring risks and strategic projects;
  • Knowledge of Sustainability Risk Management (ESG);
  • Management of Operational Loss database (BDPO);
  • Preparation of opinions and executive reports;
  • Experience in the insurance market (desirable);
  • Strong critical analysis and complex problem-solving skills;
  • Intermediate English;
