About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the implementation process of corporate education platforms (LMS/LXP).
  • Manage the technical aspects of the platforms: profiles, learning paths, integrations, reports, APIs and SSO.
  • Map and optimize user journeys and flows within the platforms.
  • Design automated learning paths and content catalogs.
  • Define and monitor education metrics (engagement, completion, NPS, business impact).
  • Develop dashboards using Power BI, Tableau or equivalent tools.
  • Prepare executive reports and management presentations.
  • Support contract management, supplier SLAs and budget control for programs and platforms.
  • Assist in structuring and operationalizing the LNTD (Training and Development Needs Assessment).

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree completed.
  • Experience with corporate learning platforms (LMS/LXP).
  • Knowledge of BI, Power BI/Tableau (or equivalents) and automation tools (e.g., Power Automate).
  • Experience in data analysis, building KPIs and management reports.
  • Knowledge of LNTD, continuous improvement and management of educational content.
  • Familiarity with integrations, APIs, SSO and automated flows.
  • Preferred qualifications:
  • Knowledge of AI tools applied to corporate learning.
  • Experience in structured corporate environments (HR, Corporate Learning, Governance).
  • Experience in digital transformation projects in L&D.
