About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage the logistical process for materials and promotional items, serving as the primary interface with suppliers and logistics providers;
Monitor and control the entire production, storage and distribution flow of promotional items, ensuring deadlines, quality and accuracy of deliveries;
Manage suppliers, including briefing alignment, order tracking, deviation resolution and ensuring service level agreements;
Manage and control the department budget, monitoring costs, forecasts and variances;
Build and update management reports and dashboards to provide visibility into expenses, volumes, delivery status and operational performance;
Ensure governance of the area’s processes by organizing workflows, controls and documentation;
Support the standardization and continuous improvement of logistical and operational processes

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Logistics, Business Administration or related fields;
Experience managing operational processes, including tracking requests and working with suppliers;
Advanced Excel skills, with ability to control and analyze data, build reports, organize databases and track KPIs;
Experience with budget control, including cost monitoring, forecasting and analysis;
Experience managing suppliers and orders, including follow-up, deadline control and issue resolution;
Analytical, detail-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership;
Strong communication skills and ability to engage with different internal teams and external partners.

Knowledge of Power BI.
