About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Plan, execute and monitor growth initiatives focused on customer acquisition, activation, retention and conversion.
- Identify growth opportunities across digital channels through behavior and performance analyses.
- Design and oversee A/B tests, experiments and continuous-improvement hypotheses.
- Support paid media campaigns, CRM and commercial activities with a results-driven focus.
- Monitor conversion funnels, journey drop-offs and optimization opportunities.
- Act as the internal reference for Matomo Analytics, ensuring correct implementation, governance and evolution of the tool.
- Create and maintain events, goals, dashboards and executive reports.
- Map digital journeys and user behavior on websites, landing pages and digital platforms.
- Validate tracking, tags, UTMs and data consistency.
- Produce recurring analyses and ad hoc studies to provide strategic support.
- Build management and operational dashboards using BI tools.
- Extract, manipulate and interpret datasets using SQL.
- Consolidate business, marketing and digital sales KPIs.
- Automate reports and analytical processes whenever possible.
- Turn data into practical, actionable recommendations for partner teams.
- Support CRM strategies with intelligent segmentations and base analyses.
- Evaluate the performance of communication journeys (email, push, WhatsApp, SMS, etc.).
- Identify opportunities for retention, re-engagement and cross-sell.
- Support the development of behavior-based personalized campaigns.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Technology, Sales and Customer Service teams.
- Translate business requirements into analyses and actionable plans.
- Participate in strategic forums with a data- and growth-oriented perspective.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Previous experience in Digital Business, Growth, Performance or Analytics roles.
- Familiarity with Matomo Analytics.
- Knowledge of digital metrics: CAC, CPL, CPA, ROAS, LTV, conversion rate, churn, retention, etc.
- Experience with digital campaigns and growth initiatives.
- Solid knowledge of CRM and relationship automation.
- Intermediate to advanced SQL skills.
- Experience building dashboards and data visualizations (Power BI, Looker Studio, Tableau or similar).
- Advanced Excel.
- Strong analytical skills and results orientation.
- Differentials: Experience in regulated industries (insurance, finance, healthcare, retail).
