Senior Data Protection Analyst

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Review and assess the Record of Processing Activities (ROPA), including assignment of processing legal bases
- Review contracts, terms and agreements involving the processing of personal data, including clauses for international data transfers
- Support investigations related to incidents involving personal data
- Assist in the preparation of reports for shareholders and regulatory authorities
- Develop and review privacy policies and procedures
- Conduct data protection impact assessments (RIPD/DPIA)
- Carry out Legitimate Interest Assessments (LIA)
- Perform privacy due diligence for vendors/suppliers
- Implement privacy regulatory requirements, with a focus on ANPD regulations
- Provide opinions and risk assessments on privacy and data protection matters
- Support responses to requests from regulatory bodies (ANPD and SUSEP).
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Law
- Strong knowledge of Data Protection (LGPD) and ANPD resolutions
- Basic understanding of Information Security
- Experience with LGPD implementation programs is desirable
- Organized with strong attention to detail
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive in learning new tools and legislation
- Knowledge of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is a plus
