About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist with internal communication of policies and procedures for the Compliance Program.
- Conduct due diligence and background checks on clients, partners, suppliers, and employees, assessing reputational, legal, and integrity risks.
- Collect and process data to produce the program's indicators/metrics.
- Assist in organizing training sessions.
- Provide support in gathering data and information for Internal Audits and Control Cycles.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or Economics.
- Knowledge and experience conducting due diligence and background checks.
- Strong writing skills and organized thinking for drafting regulatory reports/opinions.
- Experience and knowledge of regulated sectors (SUSEP, BACEN).
