About the role

  • Lead and develop a team of data scientists, providing specialized technical guidance;
  • Coordinate projects with business areas to create solutions that meet their needs;
  • Design, build, test, and deploy models and algorithms that drive analytical solutions across the organization;
  • Oversee the model lifecycle, including development, deployment, and maintenance;
  • Communicate analysis results to various stakeholders, both technical and executive;
  • Coordinate with other data teams to deliver solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience managing teams;
  • Experience with exploratory data analysis;
  • Experience with predictive modeling;
  • Preferred: experience with languages such as Python and/or R.
