About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and develop a team of data scientists, providing specialized technical guidance;
- Coordinate projects with business areas to create solutions that meet their needs;
- Design, build, test, and deploy models and algorithms that drive analytical solutions across the organization;
- Oversee the model lifecycle, including development, deployment, and maintenance;
- Communicate analysis results to various stakeholders, both technical and executive;
- Coordinate with other data teams to deliver solutions.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience managing teams;
- Experience with exploratory data analysis;
- Experience with predictive modeling;
- Preferred: experience with languages such as Python and/or R.
