About the role
- Evaluate legal proceedings in their initial stages.
- Gather documents that evidence the contractual relationship and the history of interactions during the contract term.
- Request input from relevant departments to clarify facts alleged in the lawsuit and follow up until the matter is satisfactorily resolved.
- Prepare legal opinions/dossiers to support the lawsuit.
- Ensure all claimant allegations are addressed and monitor the support process with the partner law firm until the dossier is approved.
Requirements
- Law degree (completed) or currently enrolled in a Law program.
- Experience with litigation.
- Case file / procedural analysis.
- Experience with regulation of insurance and private pension products.
- Experience with legal matters, legal drafting, and legal strategy.
