About the role
- Monitor, draft, review and keep updated the policies and procedures that comprise the Compliance and Integrity Program.
- Propose, implement and monitor continuous improvements to the program's controls and processes.
- Act as an internal consultant to business areas, advising on the application and strengthening of the Compliance Program Pillars.
- Analyze, consolidate and present Compliance reports and indicators to the Coordination and, where applicable, to Senior Management.
- Identify, assess, monitor and ensure compliance with obligations related to the Compliance and Integrity Program.
- Identify, assess, monitor and communicate Compliance risks, proposing action plans and mitigating measures.
- Plan, develop and deliver Compliance and Integrity training, as well as present the corresponding content and materials.
- Support internal audits and control cycles, providing clarifications, answering queries and following up on action plans related to their processes.
- Participate in an international reporting agenda.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Administration, Law, Economics or other humanities/social sciences
- Postgraduate degree or MBA desirable
- Advanced MS Office skills
- Knowledge and experience with the Brazilian Anti-Corruption Law and Integrity Pillars
- Knowledge of the French anti-corruption law (Sapin) is a plus
- English – Intermediate to Advanced (work involves international agenda)
