About the role

  • Support the implementation of corporate learning platforms (LMS/LXP).
  • Manage the technical aspects of the platforms: user profiles, learning paths, integrations, reports, APIs and SSO.
  • Map and optimize user journeys and workflows within the platforms.
  • Design automated learning paths and content catalogs.
  • Define and monitor learning KPIs (engagement, completion, NPS, business impact).
  • Develop dashboards in Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent tools.
  • Prepare executive reports and management presentations.
  • Support contract management, supplier SLAs, and budget control for programs and platforms.
  • Support the structuring and operationalization of LNTD (Training and Development Needs Assessment).

Requirements

  • Experience with corporate learning platforms (LMS/LXP).
  • Knowledge of BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau (or equivalents), and automation tools (e.g., Power Automate).
  • Experience in data analysis, building KPIs, and management reporting.
  • Knowledge of LNTD, continuous improvement, and learning content management.
  • Familiarity with integrations, APIs, SSO, and automated workflows.
  • Knowledge of AI tools applied to corporate learning.
  • Experience working in structured corporate environments (HR, Corporate Learning, Governance).
  • Experience in digital transformation projects within Learning & Development.
