About the role

  • Create and update dashboards and reports in tools such as Power BI
  • Support the preparation of reports, studies and research to provide visibility and predictability of operational processes, cancellations, retention and other information within the management scope
  • Ensure the updating and availability of operational reports and indicators
  • Collect data from various sources, such as databases, spreadsheets and internal systems
  • Develop operational indicators as specified
  • Support the team in analyses, research and monitoring of performance indicators
  • Assist in the creation and updating of transactional retention communication dispatch lists, aiming to provide relevant inputs for contact channels and drive results
  • Contribute to the definition and direction of indicators/metrics, reports, queries, monitoring and analyses that meet business needs
  • Develop programming code using basic SQL
  • Perform low- to medium-complexity and -criticality studies

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree (in progress or completed)
  • Experience with Power BI
  • Experience developing performance indicators
  • Knowledge of programming language for data extraction (SQL Server)
  • Knowledge of insurance products: Life, Credit Life (loan protection) and Pension
  • Knowledge of modeling and statistics
  • Data analysis and interpretation skills
  • Knowledge of automation tools and data visualization/charting tools
  • Experience presenting to management and preparing analytical studies is a plus
