About the role
- As a Senior Sponsorships and Internal Communications Analyst, you will be responsible for:
- Planning, implementing and monitoring incentivized sponsorship projects (cultural and sports), from technical analysis through to project accounting and reporting;
- Developing, consolidating and analyzing results reports, performance indicators and sponsorship deliverables/commitments;
- Supporting the execution of the communication cadence, CRM actions and surveys related to sponsorships, including producing content, materials and questionnaires for client distribution;
- Planning, implementing and measuring internal marketing (endomarketing) actions tied to sponsorships and the company’s strategic projects;
- Participating in strategic internal communication projects, including institutional campaigns and strategic initiatives;
- Supporting the development and implementation of Employer Branding initiatives in partnership with HR and related areas.
Requirements
- Know the requirements before applying:
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Communication (Journalism, Advertising, Public Relations or Organizational Communication), Marketing or related fields;
- Experience with incentivized sponsorships, including project monitoring, results analysis and project accounting ( prestação de contas );
- Experience preparing analytical reports, performance indicators and executive presentations;
- Experience with communication and/or CRM actions applied to sponsorships and institutional projects;
- Knowledge of internal marketing (endomarketing), internal communication and employer branding;
- Experience with intranet platforms, internal e-mail marketing tools and internal communication channels;
- Ability to monitor KPIs (engagement, reach, adoption/participation, institutional return);
- Skill in producing strategic content aligned with organizational culture;
- Understanding of visual identity guidelines and their application in campaigns;
- Negotiation skills with suppliers, partners and internal stakeholders;
- Adaptability to dynamic environments and cross-functional projects;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
- Differentials:
- Postgraduate degree or MBA in Marketing, Corporate Communication or Strategic Communication; Project Management; Cultural Management or Cultural Production; Sports Marketing; Business Management or Strategy;
- Courses or certifications in Cultural and Sports Incentive Laws (Lei Rouanet, Sports Law, ProAC, PROMAC, among others); management and accounting of incentivized projects; metrics, indicators and measurement of results (KPIs, ROI, institutional impact); Employer Branding and Endomarketing; or Internal Communication.
