About the role
- Act as the functional reference for supplementary pension products;
- Monitor and implement product rules during development, updates or launches in accordance with current legislation;
- Assist internal clients (CVP and Caixa Seguridade) using available communication channels to resolve weekly questions regarding product features, contractual clauses and applicable regulations;
- Prepare technical product specifications for system development and commercialization;
- Oversee system validations and acceptance testing, evaluating system behavior to ensure published functionality complies with specified rules and documents approved by the regulatory authority;
- Draft, adjust and review product regulations, sales documents and general conditions, such as contractual documents and proposals, based on CNSP/SUSEP standards and current legislation to ensure contractual compliance for the client when necessary;
- Prepare and review policy and procedure manuals to standardize product development, underwriting and other related processes as needed;
- Support new product studies by conducting market benchmarking, assessing system feasibility, identifying services to add to the product, evaluating SUSEP filings/results, portfolio experience and performance to provide information for executive decision-making when required;
- Create various presentations related to new product development to obtain approval from management, executive board and shareholders when necessary;
- Draft product specifications defining business rules to provide the technology department with the information needed for maintenance, improvements and/or new implementations (products) as required;
- Assist with communication briefs for the marketing area by completing checklists/forms so that promotional materials, training and commercial collateral can be produced when needed;
- Monitor product lifecycles and prepare alignment minutes for working groups, analyzing feedback reported by the team when necessary;
- Coordinate with other areas to define and clarify product aspects for cross-functional projects;
- Contribute to projects by defining scope, product specifications for system development and validating rules to ensure compliance and quality in our processes;
- Train, mentor and develop junior analysts;
- Responsible for analyzing data, identifying patterns and trends, providing insights to support management decision-making, creating and maintaining products, and leading projects with decision-making autonomy and coordination of medium-complexity tasks.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Law, Finance, Business Administration, Project Management or related fields;
- Experience in the pension/supplementary pension market;
- Proven expertise in Project Management or similar methodologies;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with emphasis on PowerPoint for management presentations;
- Knowledge of and experience with the pension product lifecycle and applicable legislation;
- Strong skills in report construction and critical, analytical interpretation of business metrics and activities;
- Public speaking skills with clear and direct communication;
- Initiative and strategic vision;
- Strong interpersonal relationship skills;
- Mature judgment and innovative thinking;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional and collaborative environment;
- Organizational, planning and self-management skills;
- Proactivity and resilience;

- CPA-20 certification is a plus.
