About the role

  • Lead, together with the Area Management, corporate strategic planning by identifying opportunities and threats (including regulatory aspects), ensuring the implementation and annual review of the strategy and its cascade across all areas, with engagement at all levels of the organization.
  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and propose corrective actions to achieve strategic objectives.
  • Conduct market and competitive analyses to identify relevant risks and opportunities.
  • Prepare technical reports and executive presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support the implementation of strategic initiatives and ensure alignment across teams.
  • Serve as a technical point of reference, mentoring less experienced analysts and ensuring the quality of deliverables.
  • Identify and propose improvements to strategic processes, leveraging market practices and innovations.
  • Work autonomously, managing priorities and making decisions aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Participate, when recommended, in strategic engagements with partners, shareholders, and entities in the insurance sector and relevant markets to reinforce Caixa Vida e Previdência's strategic direction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Marketing, or related fields
  • Experience in strategic planning management and competitive/market analysis tools such as BSC, Canvas, PESTEL, SWOT, among others
  • Performance indicators (KPIs and OKRs)
  • Data analysis: advanced Excel, Power BI, and Tableau
  • Market studies and benchmarking
