About the role
- Permission management: Control and define user access levels to systems, ensuring that only authorized individuals can access sensitive information.
- Access auditing: Monitor and log system accesses to identify suspicious behavior or noncompliance with security policies.
- User account creation and maintenance: Create, modify, and delete user accounts as needed, maintaining the integrity of access data.
- Compliance analysis: Ensure access processes and practices comply with internal policies and external regulations.
- Technical support: Provide user support for access issues, such as password resets and login troubleshooting.
Requirements
- Understanding of security principles, access control, and data protection.
- Knowledge of tools and methodologies for identity management.
- Familiarity with regulations such as LGPD, GDPR, ISO 27001 and compliance best practices.
- Ability to evaluate permissions and identify security risks.
- Aptitude for efficiently resolving access inconsistencies.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and explain technical issues.
- Accuracy in reviewing access to prevent errors and vulnerabilities.
- Ability to use access management tools and operate in diverse technical environments.
