About the role

  • Development and maintenance of our self-service channels, such as our corporate website, client portal and online store;
  • Propose agile and innovative solutions that continually improve our customers' experience while ensuring team efficiency and delivery quality;
  • Evaluate and optimize system processes related to the frontend team for retirement (pension), life and credit-life insurance products;
  • Perform root-cause analysis and corrective actions for systemic issues;
  • Create solution designs to evolve our channels, manage technical debt, and apply software engineering best practices;
  • Prioritize activities according to criticality, ensuring quality in deliveries;
  • Autonomy to carry out the full software development cycle, sharing knowledge with the team;

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in IT or related (STEM) fields;
  • Experience in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript and the React JS framework;
  • Design System experience, integrations with RESTful services, JSON, XML, jQuery, and integration testing with Postman or Insomnia;
  • Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git and GitHub repositories;
  • Good communication skills, proactive and collaborative profile, with critical thinking and a sense of urgency;
  • Experience working in an agile environment, preferably with Scrum and Kanban;
  • Knowledge of Swagger and preparing software documentation for knowledge management and governance;
  • Knowledge of SOLID, Clean Code, Design Patterns, MVC and MVVM to apply best architectural practices;
  • Experience with Sonar, TDD practices and DevOps concepts;
  • Desired: Azure DevOps — CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions, build, release, TFS, boards;
  • Availability to work on a hybrid model in the Barueri area 3x per week (Tuesday to Thursday);
