About the role

  • Development and maintenance of services and system integrations for our Caixa Vida e Previdência self-service channels, such as the corporate website, customer portal, and online store;
  • Propose agile and innovative solutions that continuously improve the user experience and ensure team efficiency and delivery quality;
  • Evaluate and optimize system processes related to the frontend team for pension, life insurance, and credit insurance products;
  • Perform root cause analysis and resolve systemic issues;
  • Prepare solution designs for the evolution of our systems, manage technical debt, and apply software engineering best practices;
  • Prioritize activities according to criticality, ensuring high quality in deliveries;

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related fields;
  • Strong experience developing REST APIs using the .NET platform (C#), including service integration and database interaction;
  • SQL Server (DDL, DML, and Transact-SQL), relational data modeling; experience with PowerDesigner or Erwin is desirable;
  • Source control with Git and GitHub repositories, API testing with Postman, and API documentation generation with Swagger;
  • Good communication skills, proactive and collaborative mindset, critical thinking, and a sense of urgency;
  • Experience with agile working models, preferably Scrum and Kanban;
  • Knowledge of SOLID principles, Clean Code, Design Patterns, and Refactoring to apply programming best practices;
  • Desirable experience with Azure DevOps including creation and management of User Stories (TFS), release pipelines, and SonarQube validation;
  • Desirable: experience with change management (GMUD) — creating change requests, participating in CABs, and using ServiceNow for receiving requests and incidents;
  • Must be available to work in a hybrid model in the Barueri area 3x per week (Tuesday to Thursday);
