About the role
- Develop, implement and manage robust and efficient data pipelines, ensuring the collection, transformation and availability of data for strategic analyses, and ensuring the application of data engineering best practices.
- Design and maintain scalable and reliable data architectures that enable system integration and support the organization's analytical and operational solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize data flows, ensuring data quality, security and compliance with applicable regulations.
- Monitor and resolve performance issues in data systems.
- Mentor junior and mid-level data engineers.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server (T-SQL) and SSIS (Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services).
- Experience with DataStage is a plus.
- Take ownership of your deliveries and queries.
