- Train partner teams through training sessions and on-site visits to enable a qualified approach, with commercial knowledge of products and sales techniques;
- Establish strategic relationships, mobilizing partners and driving results;
- Monitor performance, planning and defining tactical actions for the partners in your portfolio;
- Support identification and servicing of potential clients;
- Support product retention efforts;
- Develop and disseminate commercial campaigns;
- Stay up to date on market movements, products and services, and client and business strategies;
- Provide support to partners with questions related to our products, services, activities, campaigns, features and benefits;
- Work to targets;
- Availability to travel;
- Must have own vehicle; 🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree completed;
- Previous experience as an insurance sales consultant;
- Knowledge of insurance products (Life, Personal Accident and Credit Life/Loan Protection);
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite;
- Availability for frequent travel;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills;
- Interpersonal skills;
- Must own a vehicle.
