About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the CAIXA Residencial team in monitoring the company’s strategic initiatives
  • Act as Product Owner in squads working on IT requests
  • Develop project requirements using a story-driven approach with agile methodology
  • Manage the Product Backlog and Sprint Backlog
  • Analyze business needs and redefine scopes when necessary
  • Define solutions with a process-oriented perspective and optimize IT development
  • Review operational processes to optimize them through changes to tasks, procedures, or systems
  • Apply Continuous Improvement methodologies
  • Support the squad in handling defects and issues in corporate systems in production
  • Work collaboratively and deliver value to stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience in the insurance industry / working for an insurer
  • Certification in Agile methods (CSM / CSPO / PSPO) (desired)
  • White/Yellow/Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma (desired)
  • Experience with Jira and Agile product management software (desired)
  • Experience with process automation and preparing specifications for automation robots (desired)
