About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Promote synergy across the company’s business areas through strong relationships, aligning efforts to ensure the area’s expected results;
Develop presentations with controls and commercial area performance indicators for managers and the commercial directorate;
Gather and maintain information about the market and key competitors to stay up to date and able to address any client needs;
Maintain strategic commercial relationships with clients in the short, medium, and long term through visits, meetings, and social events;
Prepare and deliver presentations to execute initiatives and train clients and partner networks;
Identify the best alternatives for the finance area’s work processes, preparing analyses and studies that contribute to the creation, modification, or improvement of internal policies and procedures.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in the commercial/sales area with insurance products;
Experience working with performance indicators (KPIs);
Experience creating presentations to demonstrate results;
Willingness to travel and possession of a valid driver's license (CNH);
Reside in Goiânia, Goiás
