About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Foster synergy across the company’s business areas through strong relationships, promoting collaboration to ensure the area achieves its expected results;
Prepare presentations containing controls and commercial area performance indicators for managers and commercial leadership;
Research and gather information on the market and key competitors to stay current and able to meet any customer needs;
Maintain strategic short-, medium-, and long-term commercial relationships with clients through visits, meetings, and social events;
Develop and deliver presentations and training for clients and the partner network;
Identify the best alternatives to be used by the finance department in its workflows by preparing analyses and studies that contribute to the creation, modification, or improvement of internal policies and procedures.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in commercial/sales with insurance products;
Experience working with performance indicators/KPIs;
Experience creating presentations to demonstrate results;
Availability to travel and a valid driver’s license (CNH);
Reside in Brasília or Mato Grosso (will serve both regions)
