About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Foster synergy among the company's business areas through strong relationship-building, aligning efforts to ensure the area's expected results.
Develop presentations containing controls and commercial-area indicators/KPIs for managers and the commercial board.
Gather and maintain information about the market and key competitors to stay up to date and prepared to meet any client needs.
Maintain strategic short-, medium- and long-term commercial relationships with clients through visits, meetings and social events.
Prepare and deliver presentations to train clients and the partner network.
Identify the best alternatives for the finance area to use in its work processes, preparing analyses and studies that contribute to the creation, modification or improvement of internal policies and procedures.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in commercial/sales roles with insurance products
Experience working with performance indicators/KPIs
Experience creating presentations to demonstrate results
Willingness to travel and possession of a valid driver's license (CNH)
Reside in Curitiba, Paraná
