About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the diagnosis, design and evolution of sales training programs, focusing on training train-the-trainer consultants and directly impacting sales results.
  • Translate CAIXA Consórcio campaigns into structured training strategies, enhancing adoption and commercial performance.
  • Map competencies and development needs of the sales force, structuring training programs aligned with business demands.
  • Develop training strategies targeted at low-performing groups, based on data analysis and focused on reversing results.
  • Manage and evolve the digital training strategy, ensuring content governance, continuous updates and alignment with commercial objectives.
  • Conduct training needs assessments (TNA), structuring development actions for consultants and sales representatives.
  • Develop and implement learning paths for different channels (CAIXA Network, Lottery outlets, Banking Correspondents and CCA Master), ensuring consistency with business guidelines.
  • Create and manage instructional materials and training metrics, measuring impact on sales, productivity and quality of deliveries.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Psychology or related fields.
  • Preferred: specialization or postgraduate degree in Corporate Education, Organizational Development or similar.
  • Proven experience in Training & Development for sales teams.
  • Experience in financial institutions, preferably with consórcio (consortium) products.
  • Strong knowledge of learning methodologies and corporate education (andragogy, gamification, etc.).
  • Knowledge of the consórcio product and consultative selling practices.
  • Experience structuring training programs.
  • Ability to develop metrics to evaluate training impact.
  • Advanced PowerPoint skills.
  • Preferred: LMS platform management; Instructional Design; sales techniques such as SPIN Selling, rapport building, anchoring, etc.
