Key responsibilities & impact

Strategic engagement with business areas, defining regulatory compliance guidelines and advising teams on applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
Design, coordination and delivery of annual Integrity, Ethics and Compliance training programs for employees and third parties, including content review and oversight, focused on promoting a culture of compliance, internal controls and corporate integrity.
Manage the process of reviewing, updating and publishing internal regulations, ensuring adherence to current legislation, alignment with corporate directives and effectiveness of internal controls.
Coordinate and monitor regulatory action plans, tracking deadlines, owners and evidence, and reporting status of requests to senior management and strategic stakeholders.
Lead and monitor implementation of improvement actions recommended by shareholders, ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic and regulatory guidelines.
Timely management, control and follow-up of complaints (whistleblowing), ensuring confidentiality, impartiality in investigations, compliance in investigative processes and appropriate remediation of cases.
Prepare and present executive reports to senior management and shareholders, consolidating metrics, risks, regulatory status and strategic topics related to Compliance.
Conduct alignment meetings with managers and leadership, promoting corporate adherence to Central Bank (Banco Central) rules and other regulatory requirements applicable to the segment.
Draft technical opinions on bills, regulatory changes and topics related to the consortia segment, supporting the company's strategic decision-making.
Conduct due diligence processes for suppliers, commercial partners, third parties and senior management members, assessing regulatory, reputational and integrity risks.
Coordinate the collection, consolidation and organization of documentary evidence for internal Compliance audits, ensuring compliance and traceability of information.
Manage registration, access profile updates and user administration in Central Bank and other regulatory authority platforms, including systems such as BC Correio, Unicad, Autran and Siscoaf.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or related fields
