About the role

  • Increase sales volume by promoting products and delivering training to the CAIXA network, maximizing scope of activity and contributing to higher sales, improved results, and achievement of the commercial area's annual target;
  • Identify niches and segments with growth potential to expand sales and meet established goals;
  • Identify process improvement opportunities based on feedback from sellers and customers, focusing on improving both parties' experience;
  • Deliver in-person and online training to reach the largest possible number of participants and drive sales;
  • Generate interest in selling by presenting product benefits and the compensation model;
  • Establish and maintain relationships with the CAIXA network through training, event participation, efficient communication across all channels, rapid responses, distribution of supporting materials, and on-site visits — with the aim of ensuring satisfaction, loyalty, and increased sales.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Communication, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields;
  • Postgraduate degree or specialization in Business Management and Strategic Planning preferred;
  • Proven experience;
  • Experience in the consortium market is desirable;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (intermediate to advanced);
  • PCA-10 certification desirable;
  • Negotiation and sales approach techniques;
  • Energetic and proactive;
  • Teamwork;
  • Organization and planning skills;
  • Results-oriented with a strong focus on meeting targets.
