About the role

  • Establishes and supports the quality systems for work performed within the practice and supports senior-level client engagement - in high-visibility projects.
  • Develops and publishes procedures, guidelines, tools, and templates for efficient and consistent execution of repeatable work.
  • Serves as an active mentor for agents to build internal capabilities within the organization.
  • Collaborates with the Training department to customize the qualification program for services related to the practice
  • Recommends industry conferences or other external training to support skill development supporting service delivery
  • Assists development of internal training in support of skills development supporting service delivery
  • Drives thought leadership, industry engagement and support to marketing
  • Actively participates in marketing events
  • Develop market assets - blogs, case studies, etc.
  • Proposal support and bid defense

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or technical discipline (preferred)
  • Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or R&D site operations
  • Deep understanding of OR/OE strategies and life sciences quality requirements
  • Lean Six Sigma certification
  • Strong project management skills
  • Familiarity with enabling technologies (e.g., CMMS, MES)
  • Excellent facilitation and virtual meeting skills
  • Exceptional verbal communication and presentation abilities
  • Budget management experience
  • Active connections within pharmaceutical industry forums
  • Global perspective with the ability to navigate cultural and geographic differences
