About the role
- Establishes and supports the quality systems for work performed within the practice and supports senior-level client engagement - in high-visibility projects.
- Develops and publishes procedures, guidelines, tools, and templates for efficient and consistent execution of repeatable work.
- Serves as an active mentor for agents to build internal capabilities within the organization.
- Collaborates with the Training department to customize the qualification program for services related to the practice
- Recommends industry conferences or other external training to support skill development supporting service delivery
- Assists development of internal training in support of skills development supporting service delivery
- Drives thought leadership, industry engagement and support to marketing
- Actively participates in marketing events
- Develop market assets - blogs, case studies, etc.
- Proposal support and bid defense

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or technical discipline (preferred)
- Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or R&D site operations
- Deep understanding of OR/OE strategies and life sciences quality requirements
- Lean Six Sigma certification
- Strong project management skills
- Familiarity with enabling technologies (e.g., CMMS, MES)
- Excellent facilitation and virtual meeting skills
- Exceptional verbal communication and presentation abilities
- Budget management experience
- Active connections within pharmaceutical industry forums
- Global perspective with the ability to navigate cultural and geographic differences
