About the role
- Full end to end implementation experience in EDI systems and integrations with manufacturing environments.
- Experience in a large-scale EDI project and working with multiple Partners for on-boarding EDI messages.
- Experience with mapping tools and scripting for EDI transformations.
- Strong working knowledge of EDI standards (X12, EDIFACT), communication protocols (FTP, AS2, VANs) and mailbox setup.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve EDI-related issues across inbound and outbound documents in a timely manner to work cross functionally with business users, technical developers, and external trading partners.
- Strong relationship-building skills, especially over the phone, with excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience integrating EDI with ERP systems including familiarity with tables, business functions, and document flows.
- Exposure to integration technologies such as Open API, REST, and JSON is a plus.
- Knowledge of Angular Framework/DevExtreme and Azure DevOps is also a plus.
- Ability to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and changing priorities and achieve results both independently and through others by fostering a spirit of teamwork and cooperation.
- Availability to travel to customer sites and work a flexible schedule (when necessary).
