Key responsibilities & impact

Join Cafeyn Group’s Product team and begin building the foundation for a long-term career in Product Management
Learn how to translate user needs and business goals into shipped features
Support Senior Product Managers with analysis and assistance, help during the testing phase, and take on communication and documentation tasks
Work on a defined, contained scope (a feature or a small set of related improvements)
Partner with Design, Copy, Data Analyst, Engineering, and QA to deliver features end-to-end
Write product documentation, help run user interviews, and monitor KPIs
Rapidly grow into a fully autonomous Product Manager role

Requirements

What you’ll need

1–2 years of experience in a Product role (Product Manager, Associate PM, or an equivalent internship/apprenticeship), ideally with a B2C digital product
Naturally curious and eager to learn; ask questions, seek feedback, and apply it quickly
Communicate clearly and respectfully, both in writing and verbally, with peers across functions
Know how to organize your own work, meet your commitments, and flag a problem or ask for help before it becomes a blocker
Show empathy toward users and teammates and genuinely want to understand the 'why' behind a feature, not just the 'what'
Comfortable with small amounts of ambiguity and rely on guidance when needed
Fluent in French and English, and comfortable working with international stakeholders in both languages
