About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Partner with the CEO and leadership team to guide financial strategy, long-term planning, and key business decisions.
Lead company forecasting, financial modeling, and performance analysis to improve visibility into margins, growth, and operational efficiency.
Support strategic initiatives including market expansion, capital allocation decisions, and acquisition opportunities.
Oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, and month-end close processes.
Ensure accurate financial statements, strong internal controls, and compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with external CPA and global tax partners for annual filings, regulatory compliance, and financial reporting requirements.
Partner with the CEO in managing banking relationships and treasury strategy.
Maintain visibility into company cash position and forecasting while developing strategies to responsibly deploy excess cash.
Lead financial process improvements that increase efficiency, reporting accuracy, and data accessibility.
Lead, coach, and develop CAF’s finance and accounting team.

Requirements

What you’ll need

7+ years of finance, accounting management experience
Excellent leadership skills and interpersonal abilities
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (or comparable work experience)
Proven success in a fast-paced and dynamic company
Strong strategic thinking and planning / organizational skills
Experience in partnering with an executive team, and have a high level of written and oral communication skills
High attention to detail and strong organizational habits
Professional and consistent work habits, strong work ethic, driven to achieve personal and company goals
Reside within 18 miles from CAF Office (Maple Valley, 98038)
Satisfy pre-employment drug testing and background check
