Key responsibilities & impact- Examine applications for family benefits: analyze applicants' needs and provide appropriate responses.
- Carry out assessments of beneficiaries' situations: review entitlements and update case records.
- Analyze beneficiaries' potential entitlements.
- Apply regulations and procedures.
- Gather additional information from beneficiaries to update their records.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Education: High school diploma to two-year post-secondary diploma (Bac to Bac+2), ideally with experience in customer relations or administrative management.
- You value teamwork and mutual support.
- Dynamic: you have developed a strong sense of priorities.
- Your thoroughness and ability to synthesize information will enable you to manage all assigned cases.
- You demonstrate good listening skills and a strong service orientation.
