About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Cultivate and strengthen relationships within the A&D community
- Develop and implement targeted sales strategies and programs
- Oversee and manage a portfolio of builder accounts
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met
- Develop accurate sales forecasts and track progress against targets
- Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s product offerings
- Provide regular updates and reports to the Regional Sales Director
- Offer training and product demonstrations to builder partners
- Travel within the assigned territory
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience within the building industry
- Strong understanding of sales processes, market dynamics, and specific needs of the builder segment
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with builder partners
- Ability to develop and execute sales strategies that drive growth
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical abilities to assess market conditions, customer needs, and sales performance
- Ability to address and resolve customer issues promptly
- Ability to travel regionally up to 50% of the time
