Key responsibilities & impact

Manage projects hands-on, working with Technology feature teams and business leaders to deliver customer solutions
Collaborate with Technical Leads, General Managers, and stakeholders to align delivery with go-to-market plans and the product roadmap
Produce project plans, resource plans, risk mitigation plans, and change management plans
Define project goals and KPIs/OKRs and communicate them to stakeholders and project teams
Provide project status visibility through dashboards, status reports, and meetings
Monitor project progress accurately and ensure stakeholders have information needed for decisions
Escalate blockers to empowered leaders and restore projects to green status
Hold teams accountable for timely task completion
Participate in testing to validate requirements
Facilitate approvals needed to implement technical work and complete projects

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience as a Project or Program Manager
Detailed knowledge of SDLC and/or IT delivery processes and approaches such as Agile, Scaled Agile, and LeSS
Strong customer focus and ability to understand customer needs
Experience working with Jira and Confluence
Communication, networking, and influencing skills to establish relationships within the company up to board level and with third-party partners
Confidence operating in a constantly changing environment with frequent prioritization changes
Ability to focus on strategic goals while addressing operational issues tactically
Ability to engage and build trust with product teams, designers, engineers, and company leaders to drive consensus and program support
Experience leading cross-functional projects involving business and technical teams, including third-party vendor integrations
Ability to lead through influence rather than hierarchy
Passion for sports, sports betting, online games, and/or casino games is a standout qualification
Passion for technical process excellence, product quality, and reliability in a fast-paced environment is a standout qualification
Detail- and technology-oriented with excellent communication skills is a standout qualification
Enjoyment of implementation and testing of project work is a standout qualification
