Analyze offer performance and identify industry trends
Segment customer database and perform ad-hoc analysis
Create standardized reporting to uncover actionable insights that drive player engagement, retention, and revenue growth
Translate findings into business recommendations and support strategic decisions enhancing customer value and contributing to business objectives

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college
1+years of professional work (or equivalent experience)
Demonstrated business acumen for the casino industry; can articulate the fundamental drivers of business performance
Intermediate skills in querying, analyzing, and visualizing large data sets. Some experience working with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Strength in critical thinking, problem solving, and written and verbal communication. Comfort in articulating complex information and analysis to a variety of audiences
Intellectual curiosity and willingness to quickly learn relevant database applications and software, as well as industry-specific terminology and dynamics.
Desire to understand a broad range of operations within the casino and hospitality industry.
Ability to effectively interact with key stakeholders, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines while consistently delivering accurate and high-quality work.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Ability to uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity
