About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner with iCasino stakeholders to support customer acquisition efforts
- Analyze offer performance and identify industry trends
- Segment customer database and perform ad-hoc analysis
- Create standardized reporting to uncover actionable insights that drive player engagement, retention, and revenue growth
- Translate findings into business recommendations and support strategic decisions enhancing customer value and contributing to business objectives
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college
- 1+years of professional work (or equivalent experience)
- Demonstrated business acumen for the casino industry; can articulate the fundamental drivers of business performance
- Intermediate skills in querying, analyzing, and visualizing large data sets. Some experience working with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Strength in critical thinking, problem solving, and written and verbal communication. Comfort in articulating complex information and analysis to a variety of audiences
- Intellectual curiosity and willingness to quickly learn relevant database applications and software, as well as industry-specific terminology and dynamics.
- Desire to understand a broad range of operations within the casino and hospitality industry.
- Ability to effectively interact with key stakeholders, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines while consistently delivering accurate and high-quality work.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Ability to uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity
