About the role
- Serve as the primary relationship manager for casino operators within the region by building trust, influencing decision-making, and aligning on shared goals to drive retail growth
- Lead the end‑to‑end marketing strategy for Caesars’ retail sportsbooks in your region, ensuring these physical environments serve as powerful extensions of the brand and key drivers of customer engagement and revenue.
- Shape the on‑property brand experience defining the programming, promotions, content, and game‑day environments that increase foot traffic, dwell time, and retail betting volume.
- Identify innovative ways to bridge retail and mobile behavior (e.g., app education, enrollment triggers, loyalty integration, kiosk-to-app journeys, and on‑site mobile acquisition initiatives).
- Drive on‑property engagement by operationalizing brand experiences, digital integrations, promotional activations, and customer pathways that connect retail bettors to the mobile Sportsbook app.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners (Creative, Promotions, CRM, Legal, Operations, Media) to build and launch localized campaigns tied to seasonal sports moments, major events, and partner opportunities.
- Manage regional execution of signage, merchandising, QR codes, onsite brand presence, and promotion fulfillment across sportsbooks and casino property locations.
- Plan and support major on-site events including watch parties, VIP hospitality, partner activations, and new sportsbook openings.
- Lead the creation, trafficking, and approval routing of regional marketing assets, ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints.
- Gather customer, partner, and property feedback to identify opportunities for growth then translate insights into actionable marketing plans.
- Support education and training of brick‑and‑mortar casino teams on Caesars Rewards, mobile betting, and promotional programs to improve customer experience and adoption.
- Manage onsite materials including merchandising, print assets, signage, and promotional items; partner with vendors on production and delivery.
- Serve as the day‑to‑day point of contact for partner team personnel, including sponsorship, ticketing, game‑presentation, broadcast, digital, and community relations teams. You will build strong, trust‑based relationships with partner organizations, ensuring Caesars is viewed as a proactive, creative, solution‑oriented collaborator.
- Oversee all sports partnerships in the assigned region, ensuring full utilization of contractual assets, effective activation, and strong partner relationships.
- Translate sponsorship rights (media, hospitality, IP, fan engagement assets) into actionable activation plans that balance brand elevation, performance, and operational feasibility.
- Maintain partnership calendars, fulfillment trackers, proof‑of‑performance documentation, and ensure all assets are delivered accurately and on schedule.
- Participate in recurring partnership calls, planning sessions, and in‑season touchpoints to align on priorities, opportunities, and asset usage.
- Monitor competitive activity, industry trends, and local sports performance to inform strategy and recommend new promotional ideas.
- Prepare market-level reports, recaps, and performance insights for senior leadership and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with Coordinators for operational execution across properties, ensuring seamless workflow, communication, and campaign delivery.
Requirements
- A marketer with 5+ years of experience in sports marketing, experiential/event strategy, or brand partnerships (sports betting experience a plus).
- A local expert: Deeply knowledgeable about your region-demonstrating cultural fluency, fan insight, and local market sensibility.
- A multi-tasker: You have the ability to manage multiple events, markets, and partners simultaneously while maintaining high standards.
- Analytical and commercially minded able to interpret performance data and translate insights into action.
- A collaborative cross‑functional partner who can influence without authority and work seamlessly with internal teams and external partners.
- Comfortable working independently in a fast‑paced environment with evolving priorities and tight timelines
- A strong project manager with the ability to manage multiple priorities, tight timelines, and complex cross-functional workflows.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
