About the role
- contribute to the product strategy and own the execution of features, tools, and platforms that protect our customers and our business from fraud and payment risk
- collaborate closely with the Director of Product to shape the roadmap
- translate business requirements into actionable product work
- deliver solutions that support the payments processing business with robust fraud controls that delivers frictionless user experiences
- work cross functionally with teams across Fraud, Risk, Payments, Data Science, Engineering, Compliance, and Customer Support to deliver impactful products in a highly regulated, high-volume environment
Requirements
- 4–6+ years as a Product Manager with experience designing, launching and optimizing large‑scale successful digital products; ideally in payments, fintech, fraud, risk, online gaming, or similar highly regulated industries
- Industry knowledge, experience and passion for fraud prevention, identity verification, or transaction risk logic
- Strong familiarity with detection tooling, rules engines, device intelligence, or payment risk workflows
- Expertise in owning and delivering on complex and aggressive product roadmaps
- Ability to write to descriptive narratives which demonstrate your knowledge of the problem, strategies, risks, and data which helped formulate the proposed solution or feature
- Track record of leading and delivering large-scale products from conception through to completion
- Experience in Agile software product delivery, preferably in a scrum setting using Jira
- Experience working with Engineering, Data Science, and Fraud/Risk Operations teams
- Experience with vendor orchestration, model monitoring, and risk decisioning platforms
- Background building platform capabilities (rules engines, feature stores, experimentation frameworks)
- Find complex problems with numerous restraints exciting; and not daunting
