About the role
- Responsible for maintaining current infrastructure
- Create new AWS infrastructure & stability
- Partner and coach development teams and vendors to help set standards to ensure all teams can engineer scalable, reliable, and resilient applications
- Respond to system outages and participate in root cause analysis
- Monitor AWS Usage to ensure we are within our budgeted spend targets
Requirements
- Act as Company Technical SME on AWS Connect & AWS Bedrock.
- Design, Solution, and Implement AWS solutions focused on customer experience and customer engagement
- Manage, Coach, and lead a team of engineers and developers responsible for writing, debugging, and deploying code and APIs for websites to help carry out the direction provided by a business partner
- 2+ years of experience in AWS services
- Experience in Tibco Programming or similar tool preferred, but not required
- Advanced proficiency in cloud infrastructure management and security best practices
