About the role
- Deploy and coordinate customer acquisition and retention messaging
- Coordinate pre-planned and live, in-the-moment messaging to meet customer needs and business objectives
- Manage the day-to-day execution of messaging material to maintain quality assurance
- Validate all copy and graphic materials upon receipt
- Ensure all marketing and promotional materials are deployed accurately and in a timely manner to meet deadlines
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field
- 1-2 years of applicable marketing experience
- Experience within the Sportsbook or Casino industry preferred but not required
- Computer literate; experience working with Microsoft Suite, Adobe, Salesforce, Airship, Optimove, Wrike and other marketing products a plus
- Must be able to organize and maintain a wide variety of activities in a multi-tasking fast-paced environment
- Flexible schedule required to adhere to Sportsbook customer needs with ability to cover weeknight and weekend shifts as required
- Experience working in a regulated industry a plus but not required
- Minimum 21 years of age
- Ability to obtain and maintain any required Gaming Licenses.
