About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analyze Month end actuals against forecast and prepare detailed analysis on the variances/trends
- Work alongside Corporates FP&A team, analyzing different requirements that fall within the Profit & loss as well as Balance Sheet, and Cash flow
- Prepare monthly forecast review that gets reviewed with executive leadership.
- Update and maintain CAE Backlog pipeline as well as unfunded to report monthly to corp
- Annually work on the detailed operating plan as well as strategy outlook
- Coordinate with Program finance on cadence and utilization of our enterprise tool Adaptive planning
- Monitor KPI’s and track variances to identify root cause, trends, risks and opportunities
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelors degree
- 2-5 years working in Finance, or relevant experience that involves forecasting and analyzing trends
- Microsoft office with a strong understanding in Excel
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Mentor, self-starter who can be detailed in explaining complex topics
- Strong analytical skills
- Due to U.S. Government contract requirements, only U.S. citizens are eligible for this role.
