About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct activities in accordance with the applicable contracted Systems Engineering Management Plan.
- Planning, executing, and documenting verification and validation activities.
- Ensure training systems meet design specifications, user requirements, and regulatory standards.
- Support the development lifecycle by identifying defects, ensuring system integrity, and validating performance across simulated and live training environments.
- Perform requirements analysis and ensure complete coverage in test design.
- Support customer acceptance testing and certification processes.
- Document test results, anomalies, and provide recommendations for corrective action.
- Oversee the creation and maintenance of test documentation including test plans, procedures and reports.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of V&V processes and methodologies.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven V&V Engineering experience, or similar
- Strong understanding of system development lifecycles
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, Systems Engineering is highly regarded
- Showcase ability to prepare, concise and persuasive communications for multiple audiences
- Ability to obtain/maintain an Australian Defence Security Clearance – must be an AU Citizen!
- Ability to work to a hybrid capacity of 3 days in the Homebush Office/on-site and 2 days flexible
