Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex manufacturing programs, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives
Manage program scope, budget, schedule, and resources across multiple departments and stakeholders
Act as the primary liaison between internal teams, customers, and suppliers, ensuring clear communication and stakeholder engagement
Coordinate activities across engineering, production, quality, procurement, and supply chain to ensure program milestones are met
Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure timely and successful delivery
Track and report program performance using key metrics and dashboards; escalate issues as needed
Facilitate regular program reviews, updates, and communications with executive leadership
Implement best practices in program management and continuous improvement to increase efficiency and quality
Ensure adherence to regulatory, safety, and quality standards throughout the program lifecycle
Mentor and coach cross-functional teams to strengthen project management capabilities and collaboration

Requirements

10+ years of experience in manufacturing, with 5+ years in program or project leadership roles preferred
Proven success managing cross-functional programs with significant scope, complexity, and business impact
Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, supply chain, and engineering processes
Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Proficiency in program management tools and methodologies (e.g., MS Project, Agile, Lean, Six Sigma)
PMP or related certification preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management or a related field
MBA or advanced degree preferred
