Key responsibilities & impact

Act as a Level 3 (L3) Support professional for agent solutions built on Microsoft Copilot Studio
Handle advanced incidents, service requests and escalations in production environments
Serve as the final escalation point for complex technical issues
Perform root cause analysis
Implement permanent fixes
Continuously improve agent solutions to ensure optimal performance and reliability
Create runbooks, SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and knowledge articles
Ensure full support coverage from 9 AM to 5 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST)

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience developing, configuring and supporting Microsoft Copilot Studio solutions (formerly Power Virtual Agents)
Minimum of 2–4 years of experience with Power Platform, including Cloud Flows, connectors, expressions, connection references and troubleshooting
Experience supporting advanced (L3) applications, incident management, root cause analysis, service requests and production escalations
Knowledge of Power Platform administration, solution deployment, environment management and ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) processes
Experience with integrations, APIs, custom connectors, SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365 services and authentication
Understanding of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), MFA, RBAC and support group management
Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills
Experience creating runbooks, SOPs and knowledge articles
Experience with Microsoft Power Apps (Canvas Apps and/or Model-Driven Apps)
Knowledge of Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, AI Builder and Generative AI solutions
Experience supporting Copilot Studio agents, agent-based AI solutions and enterprise AI applications
Experience with Dataverse, custom connectors, Microsoft Graph APIs and ServiceNow integrations
Familiarity with ITIL processes, problem management and knowledge management
Microsoft certifications such as PL-200, PL-400, PL-600, AI-103 or Copilot Studio Applied Skills certifications are a plus
