About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Elicit requirements to be addressed through system support by conducting interviews and workshops with stakeholders to understand the problems and/or objectives to be achieved that will add business value;
Analyze, negotiate, and specify requirements, developing scenarios and building prototypes of system changes, mapping processes and modeling data, and evaluating integration among the company's various systems, with the aim of designing a new system or adaptations to existing systems;
Monitor and support the system development phase, clarifying developers' questions and supplementing specifications when necessary to ensure correct implementation of the system design;
Plan and execute tests to evaluate system functionality, verifying compliance with business requirements and quality standards;
Support stakeholder validation of the system design by overseeing acceptance testing and managing any necessary adjustments to ensure a quality delivery;
Manage system deployment by planning and overseeing installation and data migration when required to ensure a successful transition in the company's operational routines and processes;
Monitor the use of the delivered system and support its users to identify and address any errors and improvements that may arise.
