Requirements

What you’ll need

Extensive hands-on experience with C# and .NET in large-scale production systems
Strong expertise in microservices architecture and distributed systems
Proven cloud architecture experience with Azure and AWS
Proficiency in modeling and performance tuning for SQL Server and MongoDB
Solid experience with messaging systems (RabbitMQ, Azure Service Bus and/or Kafka)
Strong knowledge of Clean Code, SOLID principles, design patterns, and testing strategies
Experience with monitoring and observability using Datadog and reliability engineering practices (SRE)
Advanced use of AI tools in development (e.g., Claude, Copilot) with critical evaluation of generated code
Strong version control (Git) practices, CI/CD, and DevOps culture
Previous experience providing technical leadership to development teams
