Maintain and evolve AI-based solutions, ensuring AI models and services are secure, scalable, observable, and aligned with business objectives.
Be responsible for turning real-world problems into production-grade AI solutions, collaborating with engineering, product, data, and business teams.
Translate business needs into viable AI use cases.
Contribute to architectural decisions for AI-enabled systems.
Develop and implement AI agents.
Enable monitoring of performance, quality, and cost of production solutions.
Respond to incidents related to AI solutions.
Contribute to knowledge sharing and internal best practices.
Work closely with Engineering, Security, and Business teams.
Produce technical and functional documentation.
Communicate limitations, risks, and outcomes of AI solutions clearly.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Knowledge of how AI agents work, frameworks, and orchestration
Experience with LangChain or similar frameworks
Proficiency in Python and/or Node.js
Familiarity with one or more communication protocols (e.g., WebSockets, gRPC, SSE, HTTP Long Polling, event-driven systems, and message queues)
Strong software engineering experience (backend or full-stack).
Knowledge of APIs, service architecture, and system integration.
Practices in version control, automated testing, and CI/CD.
Desirable:
Knowledge of observability (logs, metrics, monitoring).
Basic understanding of statistics and model evaluation metrics.
