About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analyze new and active projects, providing support to the sales team
- Implement new projects, promoting integration among the involved departments
- Identify planning needs and opportunities, proposing actions, programs, and projects for the area
- Proactively analyze projects together with sales to identify opportunities and potential improvements
- Map projects, gathering required information and process flows
- Lead project meetings to validate scope, align schedules, conduct Kick-Offs and Status Reports with internal teams and directly with clients
- Review active projects to identify improvements and automations and add value for the client
- Prepare technical project definitions, including detailed scope, volume estimates, and other relevant project information
- Complete required requisitions and coordinate the teams involved in project implementation
- Train operations teams during implementation
- Ensure implementation complies with the sold and priced scope
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 2 years of experience in project management
- Bachelor's degree
- Intermediate English and/or Spanish
- Project management certification
- Knowledge of process analysis and design (BPM)
- Experience with electronic document management (GED) is a plus
