Key responsibilities & impact

Development and implementation of analytical solutions
Analyze functional requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and develop analytics models and solutions, including MVPs and POCs
Develop data initiatives and data governance
Generate actionable insights and support high-impact strategies
Propose robust, sustainable technical solutions aligned with business needs and ad hoc analyses
Identify, manage, and leverage structured and unstructured data, ensuring compliance with security standards and information policies
Perform statistical and exploratory analyses to identify patterns, correlations, trends, and anomalies in data
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs
Translate complex findings into clear reports, presentations, and dashboards for technical and non-technical audiences
Support the definition of business cases, cost estimates, and strategic objectives
Stay up to date on analytics trends and tools
Share best practices and promote a data-driven culture within the team
Create and maintain documentation according to established standards
Supervise and ensure the quality of analytical deliverables (when applicable)

Requirements

What you’ll need

Senior Data Scientist with solid experience — a versatile professional capable of transforming large volumes of information into analytical and strategic products that support business decisions, with expertise in deliveries, stakeholder management, and data governance
Data manipulation and analysis: SQL, Python, Excel
Data visualization and manipulation tools: Power BI and Microsoft environments, BigQuery and Google Cloud
Strong understanding of statistical methods and performance metrics
Ability to translate complex analyses into clear recommendations for business areas
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a focus on data storytelling
Attention to detail, organization, and commitment to accuracy
Experience working in sprints and in iterative delivery of results
