About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Make technical decisions regarding persistence (SQL Server and MongoDB), messaging, and integration patterns.
Define and promote best practices for Clean Code, SOLID principles, and software design.
Conduct thorough code reviews and provide technical support and mentoring to junior and mid-level developers.
Ensure resilience, observability, and performance of cloud services (Azure and AWS).
Establish asynchronous messaging strategies using RabbitMQ, Service Bus, and Kafka.
Collaborate with Product and Architecture teams to define long-term technical solutions.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Extensive experience with C# and .NET applied to large-scale production systems.
Strong expertise in modeling and performance optimization in SQL Server and MongoDB.
Solid experience with messaging systems (RabbitMQ, Service Bus, and/or Kafka).
Hands-on experience with cloud architectures on Azure and AWS.
Proficiency in Clean Code practices, SOLID principles, and design patterns.
Experience with microservices architecture and distributed systems.
Proficiency in application monitoring and observability, preferably with Datadog.
Strong practices in version control (Git), CI/CD, and DevOps culture.
