About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Make technical decisions regarding persistence (SQL Server and MongoDB), messaging, and integration patterns.
  • Define and promote best practices for Clean Code, SOLID principles, and software design.
  • Conduct thorough code reviews and provide technical support and mentoring to junior and mid-level developers.
  • Ensure resilience, observability, and performance of cloud services (Azure and AWS).
  • Establish asynchronous messaging strategies using RabbitMQ, Service Bus, and Kafka.
  • Collaborate with Product and Architecture teams to define long-term technical solutions.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Extensive experience with C# and .NET applied to large-scale production systems.
  • Strong expertise in modeling and performance optimization in SQL Server and MongoDB.
  • Solid experience with messaging systems (RabbitMQ, Service Bus, and/or Kafka).
  • Hands-on experience with cloud architectures on Azure and AWS.
  • Proficiency in Clean Code practices, SOLID principles, and design patterns.
  • Experience with microservices architecture and distributed systems.
  • Proficiency in application monitoring and observability, preferably with Datadog.
  • Strong practices in version control (Git), CI/CD, and DevOps culture.
