About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead technical teams of 5 to 10 professionals.
Work closely with the Scrum Master and Product Owner to guide squads.
Define and evolve scalable, resilient system architectures.
Ensure adoption of software engineering best practices.
Perform code reviews, mentoring, and technical development of the team.
Support technical and strategic decisions related to applications and platforms.
Lead integrations between systems, APIs, and data platforms.
Maintain and evolve legacy and modern applications.
Promote continuous improvement of development processes.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Over 10 years of experience in Technology.
At least 3 years in a Tech Lead, Technical Coordinator, or equivalent role.
Proven experience leading teams of 5 to 10 people.
Hands-on experience with agile methodologies (Scrum and/or Kanban).
Experience collaborating with Scrum Masters.
Fluent English for verbal and written communication.
Excellent interpersonal communication and influencing skills.
Mandatory technical knowledge: Java (strong proficiency), Spring Boot, .NET C#, React, System Architecture, Microservices, REST APIs, Distributed Systems, Cloud Computing, Data and Messaging, ETL, Apache Spark, PySpark, Apache Kafka, Relational Databases (SQL), NoSQL databases.
