About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • End-User Device Support (Windows & macOS)
  • Provide onsite break/fix troubleshooting and support for corporate Windows and macOS laptops.
  • Perform hardware upgrades (RAM and SSD replacement).
  • Execute Windows operating system upgrades.
  • Support macOS version upgrades and endpoint troubleshooting.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, performance, and configuration issues.
  • Coordinate warranty support with vendors when necessary.
  • Identity and Systems Administration
  • Manage users and computers in Active Directory.
  • Manage accounts and devices in Azure AD / Microsoft Entra ID.
  • Perform provisioning and deprovisioning of accounts, update groups, and handle basic policy troubleshooting.
  • Support domain-joined and Azure AD–joined devices.
  • Inventory and Asset Management
  • Review and maintain the local IT inventory.
  • Manage the spare equipment pool, ensuring devices are configured, updated, sanitized, and ready for use.
  • Control equipment loan and return processes.
  • Keep documentation and asset tracking up to date.
  • Validate inventory records and coordinate replacement requests.
  • Maintain organization of equipment stock and IT supplies.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in IT support within medium or large corporate environments.
  • Hands-on experience supporting Windows and macOS.
  • Experience with hardware upgrades (memory and storage).
  • Experience performing manual operating system upgrades.
  • Experience administering users and computers in Active Directory.
  • Experience managing accounts and devices in Azure AD / Microsoft Entra ID.
  • Experience with mobile device management via Intune or other MDM solutions.
  • Familiarity with IT asset management processes.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent English (spoken and written).
