About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- End-User Device Support (Windows & macOS)
- Provide onsite break/fix troubleshooting and support for corporate Windows and macOS laptops.
- Perform hardware upgrades (RAM and SSD replacement).
- Execute Windows operating system upgrades.
- Support macOS version upgrades and endpoint troubleshooting.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, performance, and configuration issues.
- Coordinate warranty support with vendors when necessary.
- Identity and Systems Administration
- Manage users and computers in Active Directory.
- Manage accounts and devices in Azure AD / Microsoft Entra ID.
- Perform provisioning and deprovisioning of accounts, update groups, and handle basic policy troubleshooting.
- Support domain-joined and Azure AD–joined devices.
- Inventory and Asset Management
- Review and maintain the local IT inventory.
- Manage the spare equipment pool, ensuring devices are configured, updated, sanitized, and ready for use.
- Control equipment loan and return processes.
- Keep documentation and asset tracking up to date.
- Validate inventory records and coordinate replacement requests.
- Maintain organization of equipment stock and IT supplies.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2 to 3 years of experience in IT support within medium or large corporate environments.
- Hands-on experience supporting Windows and macOS.
- Experience with hardware upgrades (memory and storage).
- Experience performing manual operating system upgrades.
- Experience administering users and computers in Active Directory.
- Experience managing accounts and devices in Azure AD / Microsoft Entra ID.
- Experience with mobile device management via Intune or other MDM solutions.
- Familiarity with IT asset management processes.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent English (spoken and written).
